It's Been Awhile :)

Well it's been too long since I've blogged! Mother's Day was pretty good! I was really worried that it would royally suck but it wasn't as bad as I thought. Lar actually came over and stayed the night so I could sleep in and get some much needed rest! Then we took the kids hiking and that was lots of fun. Our cute boys just loved it! And Brookie just fell asleep in the backpack. :) I finally got the Cricut machine I wanted so bad for my Mother's Day gift and I was so surprised! Then Tosha helped the kids make me this adorable handprint thing that I hung up on my wall and they painted me little ceramic figurines. Are there ever better gifts than the ones your adorable kids make you? It brought the biggest smile to my face when I got home from work and they yelled " Surprise momma!!! Happy Mother's Day!!!" They were soooo excited to give me what they made. How did I get so blessed to have such adorable kids!!! Then this weekend was so much fun for me!! What didn't I do really! Friday night I just ended up hanging out at home with Brooklynn. Which is always fun to me because she's my little angel!! Sometimes she just needs mommy time :) Then Saturday I got my hair cut, went to a bbq, saw my soldier, and partied like a rockstar at Liquid Joes with my bff's Casee and Jer! Then Sunday morning me and the Princess went for a little hike then we scrapbooked all afternoon with our favorite Aunt Tammy and friend Robyne. Life really is looking up for us. Not much in life can keep me down. I always stand back up on my feet. I've started catching up with LOTS of old friends too and it's so funny to see how people have changed... or haven't lol. It's just crazy how much I'm NOT alone through all this crap. I have so many great friends who are walking with me. Love you all!! Have a fab week! Here are some pics!! Enjoy.
